The Problem
Previously, our online presence presented customers with a fragmented journey. Multiple pages housed distinct solution groupings, followed by individual product pages. This structure resulted in increased journey complexity, hindering conversion rates. Customers were forced to navigate through numerous steps before reaching their desired solution, leading to potential drop-offs and a less-than-optimal user experience. The lack of a centralised, comprehensive overview of all available solutions further complicated the customer’s ability to quickly identify and access the most relevant offering.
The Solution
To address this, we implemented a consolidated, single-page design that showcases all available Solutions based on customer needs. This streamlined approach allows users to directly access specific Solutions for online purchase or callback requests, significantly reducing journey complexity and increasing conversion potential. Furthermore, to enhance engagement and provide a more interactive experience, we incorporated branded illustrations with subtle animation module. The illustrations were pinned with icons that acts as sign posts to each solution grouping. These elements not only improve visual appeal but also facilitate a deeper understanding of our offerings, ultimately driving higher user interaction and conversion rates.
