Pilsbury US M&A

Pilsbury is a full-service law firm with a particular focus on the energy, financial services, real estate, and technology industries. They commissioned Acuris Studios to survey, write and design this report. 75 PE and 75 corporate executives based in the US were surveyed to gain insights into how the Biden-Harris administration might impact M&A dealmaking.

Design inspiration and style

The client had loose guidelines to follow. Taking the colour of the logo and brand fonts as two elements of inspiration. Geography became the first port of call, with initial covers taking on a US theme, also followed by the 2nd largest theme of using “outlook” from the report title as the lead for an overall theme.
